Aim High and Bounce Back

A Successful Woman's Guide to Rethinking and Rising Up from Failure

Deborah Grayson Riegel & Fiona M Macaulay

It’s time to look at failure in a new light.

Have you experienced failure at work? Serious setbacks can sting but can also be the best thing that ever happened to you if you turn them into stepping stones that help you reach new heights. Aim High and Bounce Back looks at why failure can be particularly devastating for women, sparking disappointment and embarrassment, and offers a three-step framework to turn career setbacks into a master class in what it takes to succeed.

Authors Fiona Macaulay, an award-winning entrepreneur and adjunct faculty at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and Deborah Grayson Riegel, an executive coach and leading business school instructor, tap into their vast, global network of resilient and high-profile professional women and share empowering examples of women overcoming failure and finding new paths to success using tools, strategies, and mindset shifts to embrace the powerful lessons that failure can bring. Aim High and Bounce Back is an essential guide for any leader who wants to raise her game professionally.
