Ho-Wing sit has been a successful businessman for nearly four decades. He serves as the chief strategy office of Accela, Inc., the industry leader in producing government software for permits and licensing. One quarter of the US population interacts with Accela software in some form. Ho-Wing, who holds an MBA from MIT, is an entrepreneur and inventor, and the co-author of a series of business parables, Lateral Approach. The Hong Kong emigrant holds four patents, including one for computer evaluation of blueprints. He is currently collaborating with Cisco to expand its government and higher education operations in China. Ho-Wing resides in Moraga, California.

Ling Bundgaard is a global business expert. She had a successful career as executive at Intel Corporation for 31 years, during which she managed the start-up of the first manufacturing plant in Shanghai, China, establishing the first major corporate commitment from Intel inside of China. She also managed several large, cross-cultural projects in other countries, including the Philippines and Denmark. Ling is the co-author of a series of business parables, Lateral Approach. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
