Taylor Joseph is nineteen years old and lives in Canton, Michigan. Her quest to promote literacy started at age fifteen when she published her first book, The Crossing.

Now with eight published books, she attends Oakland Community College working toward the Medical Sonogram Program. She has one brother who attends The University of Michigan at the engineering school.

Taylor has been to 143 schools promoting reading and writing and enjoys helping children and the elderly. She likes reading, watching hockey and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Although she donates much of her time to promoting literacy, she spends her free time with her family including her Golden Retriever Dakota.
